VISIT TRUTH REMAINS
The first unscripted show I ever produced was called SUBVENUE, and underground (literally) music show about Subway Musicians. My creative partner and I ran around the NYC subway system in the early 90's capturing subway musicians, interviewing them, and editing the footage for mini-episodes to be viewed online.
There has been an explosion of docu-style, reality based shows ever since. And thanks to social media, youtube and Vimeo, anyone can create, produce, and distribute a show.
My next venture was Truth Remains, a true crime series that docuemtned the casework of Psychic Medium and (former) police detective Sheri Hawk. Without the use of actual footage, we collaborated on every case, prioritizing the most relevant and important cases and pieced together an incredible and unique show series for youtube.com viewers.
What followed next was and still is (still in production) a truly magical experience with the Henneman family their side hustle turned legendary dog adventure camp in Savannah, Ga. This is a wild, off the cuff, spontaneous development experience that features a huge library of social media clips and VR experiences.

VISIT RUNNING THE PACK
There are so many fun elements to utilize in RUNNING THE PACK. One of them is gettin into an immerse virtual reality with the dog pack. The accessibility of 360 degree cameras and youtube and facebook's VR platforms make this all possible.
The Henneman's are an adventurous family and very much a pivotal part of production. They love the hard work it takes to get the shots that are needed for social media and the VR world. They strap the 360 cameras on the dogs and take them out on long walks to get the amazing footage that can be seen in the youtube VR channels on any VR headset.
Inspired by the VR world, I also the designed the custom Running the Pack VR headset that is sold on the runningthepack.tv website.
The production team loved the idea of branding and merchandising for the show. So I developed an abstract logo to brand the overall show and integrated it into all of the merch available for sale off the runningthepack.tv/shop website. Dog bowls, dog collars, dog pillows, hats, hoodies, caps, and even a custom VR headset!

All TRUTH REMAINS episodes were written, produced, and directed using an intense collaborative process and b-roll libraries that told the casework stories. The series was edited in-house and interviews were shot using a 4k handheld with a simple lighting kit. A dedicated landing page displaying the episodic breakdown of the Truth Remains original true crime series attracted more viewers to the website and spotlighted the pro-bono Cold Case Medium services available to grieving families. RUNNNG THE PACK is shot using a Sony A7Riii, Panasonic 4k, and Go Pros. The VR footage is shot using the Insta360 One. RUNNING THE PACK is still in production with a pilot episode to be completed Dec 2022.
